H&T Industrial Launch New Apprentice Development Area

H&T Industrial is pleased to announce the launch of a dedicated apprentice area, designed to support our apprentices throughout their development whilst providing an area for them to focus on their skills and techniques.

The training area will be led by our newly promoted Skills Development Coordinator, who will oversee the training of all apprentices who are in years 3 and 4 of the apprentice training programme. The programme will be heavily focussed on all aspects of transfer press setting, a niche skill within the industry. To aid this process, a dedicated transfer press has also been added to the area to enable training to take place outside of the production environment, minimising disruption but maximising knowledge for the apprentices without many distractions.
